Ok, this recipe, if you share the apple chips with friends, be prepared to make tons of them and sell them for nice profits. I used Gala Apples, use a green apple for a sour tasting chip. Remember sugar and cinnamon are optional but you can just add cinnamon if you want. I suggest adding the sugar mix at your taste level. THESE ARE AWESOME!!!
